S.S. Hari Nam Singh Khalsa has taught and counseled thousands of people all over the world on virtually every aspect of human endeavor. He was personally trained to serve humanity in this capacity for almost 30 years by the Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbajhan Singh Khalsa Yogiji (Yogi Bhajan), the legendary spiritual master who first introduced Kundalini Yoga, Sikh Dharma and the Khalsa Way of Life to the West in the late 1960s. Born in New York City in 1952, Hari Nam took his vows to live as a Khalsa in 1979. He was ordained as a minister (Singh Sahib) in Sikh Dharma in 1994, and has gone on to become a respected spokesperson and representative of the faith. His mission in life is to facilitate personal and global liberation by teaching and modeling the virtues of the Khalsa Way of Life. Hari Nam is best known for his passion, sense of humor and expertise for integrating spirituality into daily life. At some time or other in his life, he has been a practicing attorney, investment advisor, psychologist, yoga teacher and even a New York City taxi driver. He is the founder and director of the Khalsa Consciousness Project, Yoga Heaven and the Center for Existential and Spiritual Counseling.
