Vladimir Popov

Vladimir Popov began serving for the KGB in 1972. By 1991 he reached the rank of lieutenant-colonel. Refusing to participate in the August Coup of 1991, Popov left the KGB and in 1996 immigrated to Canada, where he currently lives.
