Dr. Richard K. Ramos works in the field of public education. His life experiences have led him to a career of helping others, and for 25 years, Dr. Ramos has worked in Title I schools to ensure learning is fair and equitable for every child. Currently, he is the Executive Director of Innovation and Learning in an underserved community. Born and raised in Arizona, he received his PhD from Arizona State University.
