Dr. Julie Taylor is a bioidentical hormone specialist and functional medicine doctor with a thriving practice located in Pasadena, California. She aims to restore health and wellness to her patients by treating the whole person. She sees patients--men and women of all ages--in her practice, where she emphasizes preventive medicine, reversing chronic disease, and finding root cause of all symptoms. She focuses especially on menopause management and helping women find quality of life as they age.
Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from Michigan State University and earned her master's in public health degree and completed residency training in preventive medicine at Loma Linda University. She started her practice in 2014, upon finishing residency. She prides herself on being an excellent clinician and finding connections with all of her patients. Her first joy and what drives her more than anything is her family. She and her husband, Drew, met while she was studying medicine and he was studying law in Michigan. They have three beautiful and active children, and they enjoy spending all their time together as a family, traveling, hiking, skiing, and watching all their many sports games!
