Linda Brooks lives in Adelaide. She has a BA Hons in Creative Writing gaining with a Rebecca Coyle scholarship. A lifelong learner, former registered nurse and advocate for disability and aged care. At age eight Linda had her first published poem and has a passion for verse and poetic prose. Linda writes across many genres, from children's books to verse novels and poetry. Linda's books reflect her passion for the themes of family violence, disability, grief and does this with a generous dose of humour.
