A Pennsylvania native and proud Penn State graduate (WE ARE!), Marnie Schneider's life has always revolved around sports and giving back. Her grandfather, Leonard Tose, owned the Philadelphia Eagles and was a founder of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. He also helped build NFL Films. From him and her mother, Susan Tose Spencer--who made history as the first female GM, VP, and legal counsel of an NFL team--Marnie learned the importance of family, sports, and charity.

As the author of the best-selling children's book series, Football Freddie and Fumble the Dog: Gameday in the USA, Marnie brings the spirit of football and community to young readers across the nation. She's passionate about getting kids excited about reading and play, while honoring the many great football cities in the U.S.

Marnie's dedication extends beyond her professional life. She is a devoted mother to her three children and three dogs, and the primary caregiver for her mom, who is living with dementia.
