Nicole brings over two decades of dedicated yoga experience in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya to her unique style of teaching, Vinyasa Krama Yoga. It is based in the art of intelligently sequencing postures and moving breath that makes sense to the practitioner's body.
