Lee Dyer is Emeritus Professor of Human Resource Studies and CAHRS Research Fellow at the ILR School, Cornell University. His CAHRS-related research and outreach activities focus on workforce agility and more broadly the future of work. In addition, he teaches a combination undergrad/grad-level course titled "Forging the Future of Work" at the ILR School.
