Amy Wright's collection CRACKER SONNETS was a finalist for the Brick Road Poetry Prize. Her debut poetry collection, EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE, was published by Iris Press. Nonfiction Editor of Zone 3 Press, Associate Professor, and Coordinator of Creative Writing at Austin Peay State University, her work has been published in Kenyon Review, Hard Lines: Rough South Poetry, and Southern Poetry Anthology (Volumes III and VI), and five chapbooks. Together with William Wright she co-authored Creeks of the Upper South. She has received a Peter Taylor Fellowship for the Kenyon Review Writers' Workshop and Individual Artist's Fellowship from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
