Good Luck Yogi and The Earth Adventures was written by JC Das, a former monk and music therapist, and Anchal Leela Chand, a mother of three and former behavioral therapist for children. During his training as a monk, JC Das experienced the transformative benefits of mindful breathing, and was inspired to introduce meditation to children while researching childhood depression and anxiety rates. After creating the Good Luck Yogi super hero character, JC Das partnered with his longtime friend, Anchal Leela Chand, to create a story that would give generations of children the lifelong skill of mindfulness.
