Brian Martin is a retired air traffic controller and graduate of the Southbank Writer's Studio at Simon Fraser University. He is also a loving husband and proud father of two adult sons. He plays guitar and enjoys writing songs, as well as novels. Brian holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, has spent time training in South Korea, though he still prefers Italian cooking, and has competed internationally. Misty Lake is Brian's debut attempt at a full length action thriller. He currently resides in Surrey, British Columbia and runs a website at www.projectbigskinny.com.
