Julie Boyd and Eileen Lockhart are sisters who were born in the suburbs of Washington, D. C. Julie resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia, near her two sons and four grandsons. She is a retired elementary school principal from Loudoun County, Virginia. She is presently a reiki master who loves music and is an avid reader. She is the published author of Heart Ribbons.
