William Whitehead is a Canadian actor and writer. He worked with the CBC for many years, developing programs such as The Nature of Things for television and the series Ideas for radio. With his partner Timothy Findley, he co-wrote several works including the television documentaries Dieppe 1942 and The National Dream: Building the Impossible Railway. Whitehead currently lives in Stratford, Ontario.
