Sheila Myers is an award-winning author of four novels. Her essays and fiction are published in the Stone Canoe literary magazine, Embark magazine, the Adirondack Life magazine, and History News Network. Her novel, The Night is Done, the last in a trilogy about the infamous Durant family, won the 2017 Best Book of Fiction by the Adirondack Center for Writing, and received a Kirkus starred review. She is a professor of ecology at a small college in Upstate New York.
