Annie Nichols is a leading food writer and stylist based in England. Trained as a chef, she has worked in restaurants around the world and run a successful and innovative vegan supperclub in Margate. She's the author of five cookbooks, including Dinner at Mine, and has been a columnist for Stella Magazine, as well as contributing to magazines and publishers including Waitrose Food, FT Weekend, Square Peg and Octopus.
