Arletha Williams is a native of Eatonton, Georgia. She is a graduate of Wesleyan College, the first college in the world chartered to grant degrees to women. The slogan for Wesleyan is "First for Women." For the past twelve (12) years, Arletha has had a rewarding career in asset management and has a passion for her self-driven mission of finding the lost heartbeat of multi-family communities and help them thrive. She currently serves the apartment industry, as well as consults community associations throughout Georgia when needed. She is a "Certified Apartment Manager," "Certified Manager of Community Associations," and finally but not least, earned her Executive MBA from her alma mater, Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia. Arletha enjoys motivational and public speaking. She also enjoys presenting for career days held annually in elementary, middle grades, and high schools throughout Georgia. Her hobbies include cooking, arts & crafts, writing, and going to church. She is an advocate for domestic violence. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her close family, friends and cherishes her special bond with her beloved children.
