Jerry Rogers is a retired Regular Air Force officer with over 21 years on active duty in various intelligence assignments. He is also an Emeritus Professor, College of Business Administration, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, 27 years. In addition to extensive and comprehensive research, this book is autobiographical in nature based on Major Rogers own Watergate experiences long considered a "grave national security matter," never previously publicly disclosed. Dr. Rogers is editor and publisher of the 5-book series: Global Risk Assessments: Issues, Concepts and Applications.
