Robert Emmet Meagher is a professor of humanities at Hampshire College and the author or translator of nearly two dozen books, ranging from Frommer's Ireland to The Essential Euripides. He has been called the "finest living translator of ancient Greek drama into English." Elizabeth Parker Neave has traveled extensively in Greece for two decades, and for several years collaborated on the Frommer's guides to the Greek Islands. She is co-author (with Robert Emmet Meagher) of Ancient Ireland: An Explorer's Guide. She currently teaches elementary school in Connecticut.
