Dr. Pramod Kumar Singh, Professor & Head, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (Bihar) is an author of national repute. He has a large number of scholarly research papers and books published to his credit. He edits journals, namely, The Literary Mirror and Bihar Industrial Journal. He is a post-graduate in English, History, Sociology and Linguistics and a graduate in Law. As a founder member and Chairman of 'Buddha Welfare Trust', a voluntary, charitable and social organization. Dr. Singh has participated in several welfare projects on tribals and other backwards communities. Dr. Singh has earned national and international recognition through his standard books published in the field of law, social science and English literature.
