Among these are two comprehensive inn cookbooks, Aunt Bee's Mayberry Cookbook, Great Cooking with County Inn Chefs, Old-Fashioned Country Cooking, Cooking for Diabetes, Blue Plate Special: The American Diner Cookbook, and Miss Daisy Cooks Light. A lifelong resident of Nashville, Tennessee, she is Editor-in-Chief of Cumberland House Hearthside Books.
