Liu, Kwong Ip is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr.Liu received the BSc. degree from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong, the MSc. degree from the University of Hong Kong, and Ph.D. degree from Hong Kong Baptist University.
