Nneka Edwards was born in Canada and grew up in Trinidad and Tobago - a twin-island nation - in the southern Caribbean. Nneka is a prolific poet and author with many published books to her name. She is also a linguist, being conversant in Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese. She is passionate about education and the arts.
