As a former metal shop owner and auto mechanics instructor, Scott Smith has extensive experience rebuilding wrecked cars, building his own custom cars and motorcycles, and buying and selling cars. Smith is the author of Ultimate Boat Maintainence Projects, also from Motorbooks. He lives in Ankeny, Iowa.
