James Thomas is a partner at Strategy& PwC based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and leads the Katzenbach Center in the Middle East. He worked extensively with organizations across industry sectors to understand and evolve their cultures in pursuit of their strategic goals. His client project experiences have enabled substantial development of the Katzenbach methodology. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Durham University. He lives in Dubai with his wife Sophie and three children.
