Amanda Grant is a broadcaster, mother of three, and highly regarded food writer. She writes for a variety of national newspapers and magazines on how to teach children about food, and frequently speaks on radio. She is the food editor for Woman's Journal and Prima Baby, and is a regular columnist for Organic Life magazine. She has written several books, including Healthy Baby & Toddler Foods, Healthy Eating for Pregnancy, The Powerfood Cookbook, The New Vegan Cookbook, and Lunchbox. Her television appearances include her own series 'Power Food' for Carlton Food Network, BBC2's Food & Drink, and as GMTV's Back to School Expert.
