Edward Packard was born in 1931 in Huntington, New York, graduated from Princeton and Columbia Law School, served in the U.S. Navy, and worked as a lawyer before becoming a full-time writer. The re-issue of his iconic book, The Cave of Time, is forthcoming in 2025.
