Richard L. Stroup is professor of economics at Montana State University and senior associate at the Political Economy Research Center. While a contributing author to numerous books, he is the author of "Economics: Private and Public Choice (with J. Gwartney) and Natural Resources (with J. Baden), and editor of Bureaucracy vs. the Environment."
