Outdoor enthusiast and writer MIKE MCQUAIDE has been published in the Seattle Times, along with many other publications and websites. A longtime resident of Bellingham, Washington, he is an avid trail runner and triathlete, as well as hiker, snowboarder, and cyclist. McQuaide is also the author of another title in the Day Hike! series, Day Hike! North Cascades.
