In the 1st century AD the revival of Jewish immigrants arrived, and it is believed that St. Thomas the Apostle visited Kerala in the same century his tomb is in Madras. I have raised my own children with Kerala cuisine and they have never forgotten mummy's cooking. The recipes are catered for very mild too very hot.
