Devised by the London Central YMCA, this fitness programme is designed to appeal to all levels of ability. The Y Plan fitness programme takes 12 minutes each day, six days a week for a 36-day period. The programme is designed to tone, firm and shape the hips and thighs and stomach area as well as bottoms and arms, using specific exercises for each area of the body.
