Leading chef Theo Randall opened his own London restaurant, Theo Randall at The InterContinental in 2006 where he specialises in seasonal Italian food. It was awarded Italian Restaurant of the Year in 2008 at the London Restaurant Awards. Prior to this Theo spent ten years working as head chef and, later, partner at the River Café in London where he worked alongside Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers. As one of the Italian experts working with ASK Italian he is helping to create an authentic and seasonal Italian menu.
Carla Capalbo is a renowned food, wine and travel writer with numerous publications to her credit. She has spent 20 years of her life living in Italy. Carla has written both cookbooks on Italian food and three personal and detailed guides about the food and wine culture of Italy.
