This is a compilation of letters and poems written during my stay in rehab and the months that follow. It is based on the spiral downfall of my life from the moment I was molested at a very young age, the life long abuse of drugs and alcohol to forget the pain, and the path to recovery with the help of bi-monthly therapy sessions, prescription medication, a new faith in our Lord and strong desire to live again. Hopefully through my poems of spirituality, love and laughter you too will find the strength to rise above.
