The competition is being judged this year by:

Donato Giancola - Since beginning his professional career
in 1993, Donato's list of clients has grown to include major book publishers in
New York to concept design firms on the West Coast: notables include The United
Nations, LucasArts, National Geographic, Scientific American, CNN, DC Comics,
Microsoft, The Village Voice, Playboy Magazine, US Postal Service, Wizards of
the Coast , Scholastic, Simon&Schuster, Tor Books, Random House,
Time/Warner, The Scifi Channel, Milton-Bradley, and Hasbro;
Greg Hildebrandt - Beginning in1975, Greg and with his brother Tim
illustrated the first of a series of Lord of the Rings calendars for Ballantine
Books. This series of paintings launched the two men into international fame,
with over a million calendars sold, and the name The Brothers Hildebrandt®
was born! In 1977, Lucas Films hired the Brothers Hildebrandt to create the
movie poster for first Star Wars film, Star Wars: A New Hope.

Rebecca Guay -"Rebecca Guay's artwork shows a distinct
influence from the great Renaissance masters, revamped with a fresh dosage of
contemporary cleanliness and edge. Depicting the lush, effervescent world of
nymphs, gods and goddesses, these [images] capture an otherworldly realm rife
with a softened kind of carnality."
-Juxtapoz. During her over 20
years of painting professionally, Rebecca Leveille-Guay has build a formidable
reputation in contemporary and pop culture art. The work focuses on emotionally
charged themes that echo elements of the symbolists and orientalist's, as well
as undertones of pre-raphaelites with a contemporary surreal twist.
