In all her work, Kim promotes the ethos "you can do it, you deserve to do it". She has a fundamental belief that we are all given life for a reason, that all life's experiences are valuable, nothing is ever wasted and all of us are on our journeys for our own sake. These were just some of the messages she learnt from the light. She also learnt that what seems to be an ending in reality always turns out to be a new beginning, even death.
