This book is a wonderful guide for anyone looking to practise rituals and time for yourself based around the lunar cycle and the seasons. This includes bath time rituals, yoga, journaling, breathing exercises and meditation.
The photography in this book is amazing and really sets the tone for the book, it's almost a form of self-care (for me at least!).
I love how the authors emphasise the importance of self-care and making time for yourself and I appreciate that they make each ritual almost like a full event to look forward to, but also giving journal prompts if you don't necessarily have time for the full experience, or if you don't have a bathtub.
Overall, this is a really lush book, especially if you're interested in becoming more mindful.
