It's not every day I read a book that seems to make time stand still, but Weaver's Needle did exactly that.  I read for what seemed like minutes only to discover that an hour had slipped by.

The story wove legend with action and suspense as Nickolai and Landry sought the missing map.  Though the introductory legend telling was a little dry, the rest of the book more than made up for it.  The action was paced well, the mystery made sense and was unraveled at just the right pace.

I enjoyed the characters, the writing, the resolution.  This was a great book.This review was originally posted on Among the Reads
