this book was about a vampire named Alex Faustin, and he was sent to Boulder Colorado to find his "the one" named Hannah. His mother had dreamed about her, and so he just up and went. Upon first meeting her he basically almost screws her right on her porch... but she breaks free from him, that's where the story gets interesting because through it Alex has to prove his love to Hannah, and Hannah has to come to terms with her love for him, and the fact that he's a vampire. Pretty he wins her love and pretty basic end of a love story, everyone's happy yayyy. It was a good quick read though I can't wait to read the next two in the trilogy.
I didn't really like this book at all. There was no real plot, no character development, and even the smut wasn't that good. Don't think I'll read the other books in this series. The vampire lore didn't really matter, even, it was just an excuse for two strangers to meet and have sex and feel afraid.
