I enjoyed this one quite a bit. I found the addition of magic to the standard sci-fi setting to be quite compelling, and it was pretty cool how interwoven it is into concepts that are usually so science-heavy. I found some areas a bit too cliche or trope laden but overall I found it to be an enjoyable ride that definitely took a few unexpected twists and turns.

Well, this was disappointing.
I had really high expectations for this book, but I’ve found it to be kinda dull and predictable.
The characters development were nonexistent, all their behaviors change suddenly, without any explanation and they were all petulant and irritating.
The story was at least entertaining so I think I’m gonna give the sequel a chance and see if it’s better
