The notable take away from the second audiobook is that there was a narrator switch. Scott Shepherd narrated this one. I actually think I preferred his narration to Peter Hermann's (who narrated the first book), but only slightly. Both are great performers.
My slight preference for Shepherd comes from his vocal resemblance to Will Patton, who is possibly my favorite narrator of all time. Shepherd is the only other narrator I've come across who reminded me of Patton.
It looks like nearly each installment in this series has a new narrator, so I'll have to look for more of Shepherd's work elsewhere. ♣︎
