He also offers advice on the important questions parents should ask when selecting a school. John Rae was headmaster of Westminster School for 16 years. He is also the author of "The Custard Boys", "Reach for Glory", "Conscience and Politics" and "The Public School Revolution: Britain's Independent School, 1964-1979"
