A fairytale retelling in the style of the uncensored Brothers Grimm. My favourite fairy tale is Little Red Riding Hood and I adore fractured retellings even more so this book was always likely to be a win for me. But it surpassed my expectations. The artwork in incredible, absolutely exquisite with the amount of detail and heart that's clearly gone into it. The fairy tale itself has been fractured and has a strong and impactful moral about their being two sides to every story and the consequences of jumping the gun. I didn't quite mean to make that pun but ... *shrugs*. 4 stars for target audience.

Este es un de los libros más bonitos que he podido leer, la acuarela en la historia le da una sensación bastante siniestra a esta historia que empieza bastante inocente.

Obviamente es una retelling de La Caperucita Roja, me ha gustado como las partes más recordadas de la historia es usado, el “para verte y comerte mejor” están, solo que con un twist bastante irónico. Es interesante de ver como la historia se acopla al narrador, cambiando de estilo de dibujo cuando se cambia de voz en algún momento.

Si me hubieran leído The Little Red Wolf cuando era niña, habría terminado obsesionada con la historia, llega a ser melancólica y siniestra en niveles exactos.
