There are over 125 questions. Many of them set out to test what is described in the BTEC syllabus as the "Travel and Tourism Environment". The examination guidelines stress that this is an important part of the course. It provides the foundation for the co-ordinated integration of all course units, core and option. The questions will test the reader on the significant areas of information content and on the basic themes and skills. The multiple choice type of questions which make up a good deal of this workbook are a way of checking the understanding and knowledge the student will require both in their course work and for their final assignment tasks.
