This is the first book I have read by E.K.Blair and I'm impressed by her ability to tackle such disturbing,twisted and dark issues. None of the content is gratuitous, everything presented is there to tell a story.

This is probably one of the darkest and most disturbing books I have ever read. That been said, the author has written something so profound, that I just need to continue with the series to see how it ends. You see, the romantic in me hopes, just a fraction that we will see a glimmer of hope in the future lives of the main characters. Time will tell.
