The story of the Rock of Gibraltar, told from a fictional point of view by taking various fictional characters and exploring a scene from their lives. It begins with prehistoric times and includes episodes of the Romans, the Visigoths, the Turks, the British Conquest and the new status of the Rock from the 18th century onwards as a fortress and outpost of Britain. It ends with Spain closing all frontiers between Gibraltar and Spain and claiming the Rock as her own sovereign territory.
