Every day in the Army a soldier is either choosing suicide to escape or trying. We have lost over twelve hundred Army soldiers to suicide in the last four years alone, and suicide in the Army is three times higher than any other branch. The blood of those innocents who sacrificed everything for the protection of our country screams injustice and criminal negligence and demands action. While experts continue to speculate the root causes of this outrageous suicide count, only the symptoms are addressed and the real problems remain ignored. As a veteran who personally struggled with suicide in the military not only am I qualified to speak out on this issue but I have made it my mission. In lieu of my dedication and direction I am pledging all income from this book towards establishing a much needed, unique, veteran rehab and refuge. Thank you for your support.
