Sometimes reading Christian Historical Fiction a reader may not know what to find. It can be many different things. One is a story with characters of moral value but no real mention of Christianity, two is a story that is so preachy that it often scares people away, third is a story that has Biblical scripture woven through the pages. The story, scripture included challenges the reader to both read more scripture on their own as well as breathes the love of God into their life. That is the type of Christian Historical Fiction one finds in "To Win Her Heart". Of course there are stories that fit in partial parts of these categories, but my descriptions help explain my point. Karen's writing gets into your heart bringing forth characters that are completely unique and jump from the page.
