Baby Bill wants a pet fishy - so he and his sister Little Lill set off down the hill to find one. They're joined by a weird and wonderful menagerie of animal friends - Clive Cat, Dilly Dog, Sid, Sue and Sam Sheep, and, following on behind, Bird and Bee.
