The day of Yuca's rebirth has arrived! But first, Sharem, Eury, and Jilleena pay a trip to the frozen laboratory where Rain and Machika are! Eury gets separated from his companions, and ends up finding Rain, Machika, and the doctor. Eury reveals that while Calvaria Corporation has the front of scientific research, their under-the-table enterprise is arms dealing to whatever country will purchase it. To them, the Angels are a treasure trove. A fight between Machika and Sharem is cut short when Sharem receives a call that Tseeda's contractions have begun. Tseeda ends up being killed as Yuca erupts out of her body, already looking at least 8-10 years old. It isn't long before Sharem shows up as well with Yuca. Yuca is so happy Rain came that he sheds tears, but Rain announces to his friend, crying as well, that he came to kill him. Just then, Rain notices Machika running towards him. He tells her not to come, and locks her behind an armoured door, telling her to run away, and that he'll find her. He leaves her with "I like you too."
Yuca begins talking again, telling Rain that it's all right if he wants to kill him, but he wants to make Rain hate him more first, and he's found just the right thing to cause that using Machika. Rain is attacked by a Bio-Angel that manages to crush Rain's heart as Machika watches. The lab is then enveloped in an explosion, but Machika somehow survives and awakes on at the doctor's place. Machikia is told there is a very slim chance that Rain is alive, since Yuca wouldn't have come back just to kill him. He says there's still some secret to the Methuselah's body, but she has to keep believing.
