Initial thoughts: Very thought-provoking book but wasn't as insightful as I would've hoped, given that it is a book on insights. The author set out to debunk traditional school of thoughts on how insights are formed. He did a wonderful job of summarising these theories and offering his points of contention. Then he went on to give examples that didn't entirely fir the frameworks of these theories. What I had expected to find out more about was an alternative model of gaining insights and how it it might guide our approach to it.
