In 1968 the CIA, in conjunction with U.S. Army scientists, performed a top-secret experiment. The project was never completed. It continues to this day. Dr. Rachel Jamison is the medical director of Pacific View Care Center. She knew that she had trouble on her hands when a patient turned up missing.
